The TRP Schüco 82 system is an innovative 7-chamber system that can be made as a twin system with both a rebate gasket and a centre gasket.
Energy
7-chamber profile constructions with optimised chamber geometry and a basic frame depth of 82 mm for maximum thermal insulation
Glazing with a glass thickness of 28 to 52 mm possible
Profile chambers arranged in parallel ensure ideal isothermal flow
Passive house window system certified by ift Rosenheim (ift guideline WA-15/2)
Security
For the system with the centre gasket, all fittings components are protected from corrosion and against dirt by the centre gasket
The fittings axis of 13 mm allows the use of burglar-resistant fittings components
Increased basic depth for added security and burglar resistance
RC 2-tested window construction
Where increased security is required, security locking keeps with a screw fixing in the steel reinforcement can be used

Narrow face width of 120 mm (standard profile combination) highlights the slimline look of the window
Excellent sound reduction values
Flush glazing bead inner edges make the windows easy to clean
Gasket clearance of 5 mm ensures the windows close smoothly
Design
A comprehensive range of aluminium cover caps is available for integration in aluminium façades.
Schüco AutomotiveFinish is also a brilliant design option with exclusive metallic colours.
Profiles can be coloured with a large selection of woodgrains and single colour foils
The flush-fitting gaskets blend in discreetly with the appearance of the window.
