Traditional technology inevitably generates a weld seam that, even after being cleaned and retouched, affects the window's aesthetics. The excess material left behind is visibly noticeable to the naked eye from a moderate distance.

What is the difference?

This is the first and only technology in the world where the excess material does not fuse to the exterior of the profile but is directed inward through milling. This process eliminates the need for deburring (cleaning the excess after welding). The advantages of the new technology are numerous—more beautiful windows, increased durability due to the larger contact surface, additional protection against wind and noise (the excess material fuses to the interior of the profile, preserving the shape and elasticity of the corner seals).
