By optimally utilizing the high-performance material RAU-FIPRO X in combination with REHAU's remarkable technological expertise, ARTEVO completely redefines the limits of what is possible.
More strength and thermal insulation
The integration of composite fiber material throughout the cross-section of the profile ensures absolutely uniform and reliable load transfer. Strength zones in the outer walls provide additional stability and torsional rigidity. The result: design, comfort, safety, and durability at a new level. Uf in the standard version without steel up to 0,97 W/(m²K) .
Lighter without steel
Steel-free window elements are up to 40% lighter than traditional PVC windows.
Maximum height 2.80m
The integration of composite fiber material throughout the cross-section of the profile, combined with steel reinforcement and glass bonding technology, allows heights of up to 2.80 m in white version and up to 2.70 m in color version.
Cubic Design
Symmetrical, cubic, with extremely thin edges: Small rays and angles give a modern and contemporary design.
Production Efficiency
Elements with a leaf height of up to 2.40 m are possible without additional structural measures.
This means that component manufacturing takes place faster in production.
By reducing the height of the glazing bead, the use of bonding technology is significantly simplified. Additional bonding allows leaf heights of up to 2.60 m without steel reinforcement.
Innovative Technology in ARTEVO max
Integration of the innovative LowE foil reduces thermal radiation by 5% and prevents convection in rooms. This leads to Uf values of up to 0.81 W/(m²K).

TRP REHAU ARTEVO RAU-FIPRO X
TRP REHAU ARTEVO and TRP REHAU 86 are the only PVC profiles on the market that are completely reinforced with composite fibers, including in the corner area.
Composite fibers are already well known in the aeronautical and automotive industries. In 2008 REHAU revolutionized windows by creating the first generation of TRP REHAU ARTEVO profiles.
RAU-FIPRO X has an optimized formula and a high fiberglass content.

By using the LowE foil in the concealed frame and sash, ARTEVO max achieves Uf values of up to 0.81 W/m²K and is certified according to the Passive House Institute criteria from Darmstadt and easily meets the high requirements of Swiss Minergie P certification.
Up to 75% recycled content
Distinguished with the EcoPuls label, ARTEVO aligns with REHAU's goals regarding circular economy and sustainability. By using recyclable materials in the core of the profile, both for the main profiles and glass beads, the system actively contributes to a more sustainable future.
Recyclable LowE foil
Common solutions for certified plastic window passive houses are usually additionally insulated with PU or PS foam, which cannot be easily recycled in the recycling process. The LowE foil in ARTEVO max can be easily recycled together with the existing window, ensuring that materials remain in the cycle in a beneficial way.
