Revolutionary material, real performance
ARTEVO is neither made of PVC nor aluminum. It is built from RAU-FIPRO X – a next-generation composite material developed by Rehau experts, designed to surpass the technical limits of classic window systems.
More strength and thermal insulation
The integration of composite fiber material throughout the cross-section of the profile ensures absolutely uniform and reliable load transfer. Strength zones in the outer walls provide additional stability and torsional rigidity. The result: design, comfort, safety, and durability at a new level. Uf in the standard version without steel up to 0,97 W/(m²K) .
Lighter without steel
Steel-free window elements are up to 40% lighter than traditional PVC windows.
Maximum height 2.80m
The integration of composite fiber material throughout the cross-section of the profile, combined with steel reinforcement and glass bonding technology, allows heights of up to 2.80 m in white version and up to 2.70 m in color version.
Designed for Passive Houses
Thanks to excellent insulation even without metal reinforcement, ARTEVO achieves performance suitable for the most demanding projects – including passive houses. It allows large glazed surfaces while maintaining structural stability. A premium profile for future-focused constructions.
Production Efficiency
Elements with a leaf height of up to 2.40 m are possible without additional structural measures.
This means that component manufacturing takes place faster in production.
By reducing the height of the glazing bead, the use of bonding technology is significantly simplified. Additional bonding allows leaf heights of up to 2.60 m without steel reinforcement.
Innovative Technology in ARTEVO max
Integration of the innovative LowE foil reduces thermal radiation by 5% and prevents convection in rooms. This leads to Uf values of up to 0.81 W/(m²K).

Recyclable LowE foil
Common solutions for certified plastic window passive houses are usually additionally insulated with PU or PS foam, which cannot be easily recycled in the recycling process. The LowE foil in ARTEVO max can be easily recycled together with the existing window, ensuring that materials remain in the cycle in a beneficial way.
